Hi, I’m Natalie. I’m a writer and avid traveller, which probably explains everything you need to know about this website dedicated to my work!
I’ve been travelling since before I could walk and have had the privilege to visit some incredible places around the world. My least favourite question ever is “what’s your favourite travel experience” – mainly because I’ve had so many. That’s why I’m writing a book about them, which you can find out plenty more about throughout this site.
I’m always available for travel and other writing assignments – just get in touch.
Choosing a favourite place is just as difficult – how do you compare places like Egypt, the Maldives, Venezuela and Japan? If I absolutely have to give an answer, I’ll tell you that my favourite place in the world is a little more close to home; Lyme Regis, Dorset. It’s got a lot of sentimental meaning, in addition to being beautiful in its own right.
When I’m not writing or travelling, you’ll find me reading, knitting, watching superhero movies, playing boardgames, and doing a bad job of learning calligraphy.
I live in Hertfordshire with my cat Jeff (who really hates to travel), and have a weakness for overusing commas.
I’m also a writer and editor at TUI – the world’s largest holiday company.
